PartIV Along time ago in a galaxy far, far away...The story opens as a ship is being captured by Imperial soldiers called Stormtroopers two harmless droids are caught in the middle of this battle C-3PO, a protocal droid and R2-D2, an adventurous data droid. As they walk almost casually through the battle R2-D2 is stopped by Princess Leia of Alderon she inserts a disk into the little data droid and they move along their way. Earlier Darth Vader ordered the stormtroopers to bring back the passengers alive. So the stormtroopers set their blasters for stun they spot and then shoot Leia. The droids managed to escape using an emergency evacuation capsule. Vader asks the princess where the rebel's stolen Death Star plans are. Of course Leia plays stupid and they carry her away. C-3PO and R2-D2 land on the desert planet of Tattooine. C-3PO and R2-D2 each want to go their own way so they split up. But they each end up captured by jawas, a pesky scavenger species and are taken away and bought by Luke and Lars. The Imperial forces are looking for the escapes and find out they're droids. Luke is adding adjustments to R2 when he stumbles open a message R2 is carrying "Help me Obi-wan Kenobi your my only hope" the voice of Leia keeps repeating. Luke goes to bed and when he gets up in the morning R2's gone 3PO tells Luke he couldn't stop R2 so they get in the landspeeder and look for the little droid. When they find him Luke is attacked by "Sand People" or Tusken Raiders. Luke is knocked unconsious and 3PO's arm gets broken off, but Old Ben Kenobi steps in to help. After scaring away the "Sand People" Ben revives Luke and takes him to his home. Once there Luke learns more about father. This will be continued later. | |||||||||||||||||
